Mr. Kabindra Kundu is the CEO and Managing Director of Novel Research and Development India (P) Ltd, Which was founded in 2008 to serve the IT & BI market. Mr. Kundu's extensive experience is more than 17 years with different techno functional domain in planning and delivering successful enterprise solutions as well as Business Intelligence solutions to different Companies.
  
 
 
Mr. Kundu is M. Phil, a Postgraduate in Management, specilization in Information Systems Management. He has worked on a research thesis on "Developments in Business Intelligence Software", abstract has been accepted by one of the Fortune 100 companies of North Carolina,US for world largest data minining conference. He is a SAS certified Base Programmer. His rich experience in the field of Information Technology service have been gained by serving different organizations in India, USA, Canada & Singapore as an enterpreneur with functions like Sales & Technical Consulting, Relationship Management, and Business Development. He is also serving as the Director & Principal of Govt. of India affiliated Industrial Training Center. He has participated in different curriculum development program conducted by Central Staff Training and Research Institute, Govt Of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment. He is the chief architect of all the courses and training methodologies of NIVT.
 
     
     
  Mrs. Sukti Subhra Kundu  
 
Mrs. Sukti Subhra Kundu is one of the Directors of Novel Research and Development India (P) Ltd. Truly a friendly superior & boss for the employees of Novel Research and Development India (P) Ltd, thats how her team mates define her. As an IT training director she is responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of informational technology training programs. She is playing a role which is very critical in keeping information by ensuring that all staff is executing all the essential task, completing the required electronic forms and processes for the purpose of proper training deliberation and promotion.
  
 
Mrs. Kundu having MSc in Information & Technology, she is an Honours Graduate of Calcutta University. She served for the Birla Group and carries experience of developing different innovative & creative applications for the Meseum of Mauritius.
